  1. Goto Lead/Tasks → Lead/Tasks Details

  2. Click On Make Call Button

Settings

Generate API Key

  1. Goto Settings → API

  2. Click on Enable API Access Button

  3. Now Use newly generated username and api_key in rest api

Pipeline

  1. Goto Settings → Select Pipeline → Fill Detais

  2. Fill Detais as PipelineName, Score, Stage

  3. Click on Submit Button

Funnel

  1. Goto Settings → Select Funnle→ Fill Detais

  2. Fill Detais as Pipeline Name, Score, Status

  3. Click on Submit Button

Service Pipeline

  1. Goto Settings → Select Service Pipeline → Fill Detais

  2. Fill Detais as Service Pipeline Name, Score, Stage

  3. Click on Submit Button

SMS/CALL Notification

  1. Goto Settings → SMS/Calling → Select Service Provider → Fill All Detais

  2. Fill SMS/Calling According to Selected Service Provider

  3. Click on Submit Button

Add Sender

  1. Goto Settings → SMS/Calling → Select from your Service Provider → Add Sender

  2. Fill details

  3. Click on Submit Button

Email Notifications

  1. Goto Settings → Email → Add → Select Service Provider → Fill All Detais

  2. Fill Email Form

  3. Click on Submit Button

Templates

Create Template

  1. Goto Settings → Templates → Create a new template

  2. Fill the Create New Templates Form

  3. Click on Submit Button

Create Template From HTML Page Source Code

  1. Goto Settings → Templates → Create a new template

  2. Fill the Create New Templates Form

  3. Click on Source Button on Template Content Field

  4. Copy and Paste HTML source code to source editor

  5. Again click on Source Button

  6. Click on Submit Button

Product

  1. Goto Settings → Select Product → Fill All Detais

  2. Fill Detais as Product Name, Description, Product Code, Unit Price, Product Category

  3. Click on Submit Button

Webhook

  1. Goto Settings → Select Webhook → Fill All Detais

  2. Fill Detais as Webhook URL, Service, Request Method

  3. Click on Submit Button

Form

  1. Goto Settings → Select Form → Select Lead or Contact or Company or Ticket

  2. Check status of fields for form

  3. Check Enable Listing of fields for listing page

  4. Click on Submit Button

Subuser

  1. Goto Settings → Select Subuser→ Fill All Detais

  2. Fill Detais as Subuser User Name, Role, Email, Country, Password, Mobile, Skype

  3. Click on Submit Button

Scoring

  1. Goto Settings → Select Scoring → Fill All Detais

  2. Fill Detais of Scoring

  3. Click on Submit Button

Notification

  1. Goto Settings → Select Notification

  2. Choose Notification Type, Service

  3. Click On Submit Button

Distribution

  1. Goto Settings → Select Distribution

  2. Select Services

  3. Click On Submit Button

Google Meet

Google Meet Method 1

  1. Go to SalesCRM → Task → Add

  2. Fill the Form → Select Task Type → Meeting

  3. Click On → Click Here To Authorize → Ok

  4. Click On ENABLE API ACCESS → Ok

  5. ReDirect To Google Account Permission

  6. Give Access

Google Meet Method 2

  1. Go to Setting→ Google MEET

  2. Click On ENABLE API ACCESS → Ok

  3. Click On Ok

  4. ReDirect To Google Account Permission

  5. Give Access

Help & Support

  1. Go to Help & Support → Click on create case

  2. Fill the Support Form

  3. Add Regarding, Subject and Description

  4. Click on Submit Button
